This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for canceling your subscription to MasterDexter and requesting refunds for payments made to HemansAI, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at 2nd Floor, 170, Sector D, Scheme 71, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009, India. By using our Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all subscription plans, services, and related offerings provided by HemansAI through MasterDexter, including monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as ancillary services such as implementation, customization, or training. Payments for our Services are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, in accordance with its policies, available at https://razorpay.com/terms/.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your MasterDexter subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at contact@hemansai.com or use the cancellation option in your MasterDexter account settings, if available. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will be terminated immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, depending on your plan.
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles.
- Access to paid features of MasterDexter will cease at the end of the paid period, unless otherwise specified.
For annual subscriptions, cancellation after the initial 30 days will take effect at the end of the annual billing cycle, unless a refund is approved under Section 3.
3. Refund Policy
HemansAI strives to ensure your satisfaction with MasterDexter. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are not available after this 7-day period.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Ancillary Services: Refunds for services such as implementation, customization, or training are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the stage of service delivery.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade from a higher to a lower subscription plan, refunds for the unused portion of the higher plan are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at contact@hemansai.com with your order number, subscription details, and a brief explanation of your request. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Non-Payment: If your subscription is suspended or terminated due to non-payment, no refunds will be provided for prior payments.
- Violation of Terms: If your access to MasterDexter is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued.
- Post-Refund Period: Requests made after the applicable refund period (7 days for monthly plans, 14 days for annual plans) will not be eligible.
- Free Trials: If you use a free trial of MasterDexter, no payments are made, and thus no refunds apply.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting HemansAI, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MasterDexter. We encourage you to resolve any issues directly with us at contact@hemansai.com. Chargebacks may incur additional fees, which you agree to cover.
6. Changes to This Policy
HemansAI may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy to reflect changes in our Services, payment processes, or legal requirements. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or MasterDexter platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
